ভুল পণ্য: যদি আপনি ভুল পণ্য পান, তবে আপনি ডেলিভারির তারিখ থেকে ৭ দিনের মধ্যে তা রিটার্ন করতে পারবেন। পণ্যটি ব্যবহৃত না হয়ে, তার মূল প্যাকেজিংয়ের মধ্যে এবং পুনঃবিক্রয়ের উপযুক্ত অবস্থায় থাকতে হবে।
অনিচ্ছুক পণ্য: অনিচ্ছুক পণ্যগুলোর রিটার্ন ৭ দিনের মধ্যে গ্রহণযোগ্য, যেহেতু পণ্যটি তার মূল অবস্থায়, খোলা না হয়ে এবং মূল প্যাকেজিংয়ের মধ্যে থাকবে।
২. রিটার্নের শর্তাবলী
পণ্যটি তার মূল অবস্থায়, ব্যবহৃত না হয়ে এবং মূল প্যাকেজিংসহ থাকতে হবে।
এমন পণ্য যেগুলো অপব্যবহার, ভুলভাবে পরিচালনা অথবা বাইরের কারণে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হয়েছে, তা রিটার্নের জন্য যোগ্য হবে না।
ক্রয়ের প্রমাণ (অর্ডার নম্বর, ইনভয়েস) রিটার্ন প্রক্রিয়া করার জন্য প্রয়োজন।

৪. রিটার্ন প্রক্রিয়া
একবার আপনার রিটার্ন অনুরোধ অনুমোদিত হলে, আমরা রিটার্ন শিপিং নির্দেশনা প্রদান করব।
আপনাকে পণ্যটি আমাদের কাছে ফিরিয়ে দিতে হতে পারে, অথবা আমরা আপনার অবস্থানের ভিত্তিতে পিকআপের ব্যবস্থা করতে পারি।

অনিচ্ছুক পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে, গ্রাহক রিটার্ন শিপিং খরচ বহন করবে।
৫. রিফান্ড এবং এক্সচেঞ্জ
রিটার্নকৃত পণ্য গ্রহণ এবং প্রক্রিয়া করার পর ৭ থেকে ১০ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে মূল পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতিতে রিফান্ড প্রদান করা হবে।
এক্সচেঞ্জ দেওয়া হতে পারে যদি পণ্যটি ত্রুটিপূর্ণ বা ভুল হয় এবং স্টক উপলব্ধ থাকে।
৬. নন-রিটার্নযোগ্য পণ্য
নিম্নলিখিত পণ্যগুলি নন-রিটার্নযোগ্য:
যেসব পণ্য খোলা বা ব্যবহৃত হয়েছে।
পরিপাকযোগ্য পণ্য (যেমন খাবার সামগ্রী)।
কাস্টমাইজড বা ব্যক্তিগতভাবে তৈরি পণ্য।
৭. সর্বশেষ সিদ্ধান্ত
আমরা উপরের শর্তাবলী পূরণ না করা রিটার্নগুলি অস্বীকার করার অধিকার রাখি। এমন ক্ষেত্রে, পণ্যটি গ্রাহকের কাছে ফেরত পাঠানো হবে।
